Annabelle looks complete to me.

@ElbieKay: I like Annabel! What’s your preference?

I think Annabel or Annabelle are fine. Definitely need the double “n” IMO.

I love the single n. I voted for Anabelle – I really like this spelling a lot! Although I like unique names and spellings.

@Scc6a: I like Annabel. My husband likes Anabelle. So far the Bee consensus is Annabelle.

Definitely the second n. The “le” is optional — depends whether you want it more French or English looking!

@ElbieKay: Well…..you can tell him I agree with you! lol Good luck making the decision, do you know how you’ll come up with a consensus between the two of you?

Anabelle is how I’ve always seen it spelled.

I agree. I prefer the Annabelle spelling, too. I would be concerned that some people may incorrectly pronounce her name “Annible” (rhyming with Hannibal) if you select the Annabel spelling.

Thanks to everyone for voting!

I love the “le” but torn over the “n” lol I like both, my first insinct was one “n” for some reason but then I thought are there two?
