    I’d skip the leggings.  I think they are too casual for an interview.

    Ditto on nixing the leggings. Black pantyhose, and maybe a necklace with color to play up the artsy-ness.

    I agree, don’t wear leggings, they look way too casual!

    ETA: What about some fun colored shoes to show artsy?  Not too bright, but fun?

    I like it because it’s for an art gallery but I’d lose the tights. They’re too girlish for an interview. Also make sure you style your hair, I’m assuming you just stepped out of the shower since it looks wet.

    I like it. Seems suitable for the interview.

    Are they leggings or footless tights. They look  more like a tight. If so then they’re fine.

    Skip the leggins and go for black hose.

    I think the outfit is adorable, but even if the art gallery is forward thinking, it still seems too casual to me for an interview. Then again, I’m so far from being in an art related field it’s not even funny. But its always better to be overdressed in my opinion.

    I agree with the PP. It would be a great outfit for the interview without the leggings.

    I’d still ditch the leggings. Like Krises said, it’s better to be overdressed! Just match their style in your personality and you’ll be fine.

    since the boots will be covering up the fact that those are leggings, I say go for it!  I think it’s perfect.

    I’m a graphic designer so I also look for professional outfits that are also quirky.  my faorite interview outfit is like yours, only instead of a necklace, I wear a vintage striped men’s neck tie. I always get compliments on it later after I’ve gotten the job. my managers have told me they liked it and thought it was very memorable.

    it is a very good idea to dress for the job you want to get!  if you dress too formally for your field of work, that can sometimes be counted against you.

    @Krises: I agree.

    I really don’t see anything in this outfit that I would consider interview attire, even for an art gallery. It seems like it would be more appropriate for coffee with friends.

    Something like this is still funky because of the colours and fabrics but gives off a more professional look because of the shape.
