When I started all of this, I bought a really pretty 25-pack letter sized shimmery vellum. I’m not sure why. I guess I thought I needed it for something? But now our invites are ready to go, and it’s still unopened.
Our rehearsal dinner invites are in-progress right now, but we’re doing a pretty casual thing, so printing on a vellum overlay doesn’t seem to fit. Our centerpieces are mostly done in terms of concept, so I don’t need vellum-wrapped votives (which might have been the original intent, now that I think about it).
Any ideas where I could use this? Or ideas for non-wedding uses?

Have you made programs yet? Or maybe table numbers?

Yeah, the programs are designed too. I think the vellum is too translucent to use as the panel insert in the front cover (it’s kind of hard to explain, I’ll have to put a pic up later).
Table numbers might work. I was going to do big block numbers on a background of text to go with our storybook roses… maybe I could print the number on the vellum and put it over a piece of paper with the text on it.
It wasn’t too pricy, actually, I scored a closeout deal. I just kind of hate the idea that I bought it and am not using it..

I saw this on here, vellum wrapped votives. Pretty! If you have any plain candle holders around you could do that.
