- Wedding: February 2013
So my wedding will be at the Palace at Somerset Park in February 2013. 2 months ago I found some beautiful candelabras and bought them for 1200. Which was over my budget a little but I loved them and figured that taper candles are pretty cheap. So as I was doing my planning I wanted wsihing lanterns for after the ceremony and the palace said I couldnt do it becuase it was against their policy. So then to be on the safe sside I asked about the candelabras and they told me those are not allowed either becuase the flame is open and its dangerous. The rep there then emailed me a website that I could buy flameless tapers from but they were super $$$. 2 12 inch tapers for $20. I hate the way the flameless tapers look and theyre more expensive. WHat should I do? Should I just sell the candelabras in hopes that someone buys them or keep looking for cheaper candles, or just get different centerpieces? Im so upset about this!!! any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
