beeautifulbees:  If you want a typical wedding look, you could do draping and uplighting.

Personally, I’m not a fan.

If you want color and something fun, you could hang parasols from the ceiling (April showers bring May flowers)

or branches hung parallel to the ceiling-add silk flowers with hot glue

you could mix in paper lanterns or pomanders

a lot depends on what access you have to hang things. Some venues are really strict about that.

There are zillions of ideas for centerpieces. Have you started looking on Pinterest and pinning things you like to your own Boards?  After a while you will see a pattern emerging.

Also search centerpieces here on WeddingBee and see some of the creative ideas Bees have come up with.

A white room is not a negative. It is  a blank canvas. Do you have pics of your venue?
