This lady has all kinds of nifty tricks up her sleeve. I bought a copy of her new cookbook for myself and a friend, like $12 each or something. 200 recipes under 200 calories. They look so sinfully good i can’t wait to get my junk food on. I’m pretty creative in the healthy cooking department and replacing good chili for bad chili for example, but even these are outside my comfort zone enough to shake things up in the kitchen.
If you sign up for their emails you’ll get a daily recipe. Today was a cheesy gooey quesadilla. Made my morningstar veggie bites taste sad, haha

Ejs4y8, I just spent an hour perusing her website and e-mailing myself recipes. How could you turn down healthy crab cakes, calamari, cheesy soup, or chocolate chip cannollis, yummo! I love to cook healthy food also, and this website makes it so much fun. I especially like that she lists weight watchers points values for each food. I have been doing Weight Watchers for about 6 weeks now, and this reminds me that dieting does not have to be boring! Weight Watchers combined with Hungry Girl recipes is a way of life that is delicious and nutritious! I think my fiance and I will be enjoying some new recipes very soon, yeah for Hungry Girl!

Did you girls see today’s Tyra? Lisa Lillien was on today promoting the book and I went out and bought it today..it’s seriously sitting next to me in my shopping bag! How funny is that and also how great is this going to be for losing weight or maintaining weight for the big day?!
