I watched this on CNN last night… I am SO excited and proud of New York for FINALLY doing this, and I really hope that other states will catch on!!! This is absolutely about civil rights, and there is NO REASON that we’re still waging a battle over basic human rights in this day and age!

I’m not gay or a New Yorker, but I’m fully in support of Gay Marriage and I think this is such wonderful news! So exciting! Now if we can just get all the other States to follow!
