I HATEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE exercise with a passion but I go because 1. Need to be healthy and it makes me feel better 2. I’m vain.
If you wait on your feelings, you will be waiting forever. You have to see it like a job…you go to one everyday because you need money to pay the bills. Same thing with exercise, you need to pay your body with it for it to function and look better. Feelings will deceive you every single time. Make it your job to go and your body will thank you.

I hate running with a burning passion. Try to look for an exercise that you truly like. I signed up at a yoga studio and I LOVE it! Exercise not for him but for yourslef. For me I am usually a lot more confident when I workout. Then the adrenaline and dopamine I get while exercising will just keep me going.

Have you tried swimming? My Darling Husband gets chronic migraines, and swimming works well for him on days he can’t handle the noise of the weight room. My Darling Husband and I share a lane and do laps (as well as using kickboards and such to target specific things). We treat it as almost a date, and it’s been great! I’m not easily motivated by most kinds of exercise (although I love lifting), but I find swimming to be fun as well as tiring!
