Fade creams are very variable in effectiveness, and when it comes down to it don’t work very well.  Perhaps you can see a dermatologist who can guide you in ways that will be productive.

I have had success with Proactive’s green tea moisturizer. I had some hyperpigmentation on my chest from acne and now its almost 100% gone!

I also used spot treatment from porselene. it works but takes a long while!

The ingredient Niacin works very well on hyperpigmentation. I have the beginnings of it and this sunscreen has lightened them very nicely. It’s pricey but you use very little so the tube lasts a long time. I would see a derm or a skin specialist. You could be a good candidate for chemical peels.
