Ohhhhhhh yeaaaaaaa!!!! After a lot of work and really watching what I eat, I am down 8 pounds!!!
Of course, I still have about 22 to lose for my “wedding weight”, but I am to start seeing some results. My clothes are even fitting a bit looser!

I know the feeling I’ve been working my butt of to loose weight before buying a dress and it’s so hard but it will be worth it to be happy when you see the wedding pics 10 years down the line.

Awesome! That’s a great way to stay motivated. Losing weight can be so hard. Seeing and feeling results makes me feel so good and like my work actually pays off. You encourage me to keep trying!

I “started over” at the beginning of this school quarter (so 3 weeks) and after going to my workout class (2x/week) and seeing a personal trainer (2x/week), I’ve lost 4lbs and 1/2 an inch in all my measurements in the last 2 weeks!

Yey! Good for you!! I’m due to get weighed tonight. I’m hoping I lost the 2lbs I was due for the week. WAY TO STAY MOTIVATED!!! 🙂

Good Job! Thats about how much I’ve GAINED since getting engaged in July. It feels like 8 lbs makes a world of difference. Keep it up!
