I know it’s sooo cliche, but working out will get your energy level back up. It’s true!! πŸ™‚

Aww.. you haven’t fallen off the wagon yet.  I was so busy the last month that I completely gave up working out the last week and a half.  Oh well.  Like the previous person said, sometimes working out will get you more motivated again.

you just need to get back on the wagon. working out will help with the stress of the next month, and make you feel really good about yourself. just lace up your sneakers and GO. there is no magic formula!!

hahaha, I bought Count Chocula and ate the whole box over a few days. The weird thing is, it’s not even that good and I feel gross after eating it!! My body feels so much better with whole, natural foods…. so why do I give in to the carvings? Ah , well… Did you do your cardio?! I went to the gym right after work, woohoo!

I think we all have these visions of transforming into a different person on our wedding day.  The kind of person who works out everyday, whitens her teeth, has perfect skin and perfectly manicured nails even if that isn’t who we ordinarily are.  But it is so unrealistic.  I certainly couldn’t do it.  It just served as a reminder that I am who I am and I can’t turn into someone else just because of my wedding.  I still stress about every inch of my body, but I keep reminding myself to just be myself.  And “myself” sits on the couch, eats pretzels, and watches tv after a long day at work.

I fell off the wagon for about a week the month before my wedding.. I just got so busy! I decided I was going to try my best to get to the gym, and if I couldn’t do that, I would at least eat healthy.  So, I made a big, huge, gigantic trip to the grocery store and stocked up on fruits, and veggies.  I didn’t run nearly as much as I should have, but I was still better eating carrots than eating cheetos!

It definatly is soo soo hard to stay motivated. I feel your pain their. I find that if I weigh myself every couple days I keep more motivated. Because when I step on the scale & its up 2 pounds I know that I’ve had my break & I gotta get back on it.

You’ll feel better on your wedding day if you’ve been eating healthy and exercising.  I have problems puling a 180 when I’ve been eating crap and not exercising.  I usually turn things around slowly by making little goals – like 30 minutes of exercise a day (even a walk around the block).

Good luck!!

I am trying so hard to keep on track and work out each day so I definitely know how you feel. I’ve noticed that on the days where I dread going the most I typically have a really great workout. Even if you go to the gym and intend on doing cardio and weights but only do the cardio—no big deal. I like to think of it as working out so that I can go home and eat a couple of cookies and not feel so bad. It’s all about making habits which is the difficult part! Do what makes you feel the best–even if that is indulging in some junk food every so often πŸ™‚

I was a work out/diet mad woman before my epics this past Sunday.  We’re talking 2 a days for cardio and eating CLEAN.  Once I squeezed myself out of those skinny jeans we went to a burger joint πŸ™‚  And I have not stepped on my elliptical since then.  We are getting married at the end of the month so I am in the same boat as you.  I’m going to print out some inspiration pictures and tape them on all the cupboards and fridge lol!
