I would totally try to get in for another trial!  If nothing else just to meet the new girl and that will help you to relax and feel less stressed right now.  And no you would not be a diva, bridezilla, or anything worse.  It was definately unfortunate what happened to your stylist(hope that she is okay!) and they should be understanding that this is not a normal situation and try to help you out!  Hope all works out for you!

I don’t think it’s lame at all to request a free trial with the new stylist since your old stylist is unavailable (hope she’s ok) you already paid a boat load for a trial that now doesn’t matter at all. They should at least discount it to like $30! And ‘someone’ won’t do…I would want a name and trial before the wedding, if they give you crap about it then check other places in the area maybe?

Call them back and ask for a new trail (free of charge – you already paid for one that is now meaningless at no fault to you).  And don’t stress too much about the timing of the second trial – I’m not meeting my stylist until the day before the wedding!

You won’t be a diva by doing this, it’s basic customer service. Yep it sucks that she was in an accident, but they will have insurance and leeway in their margins to cover things like their clients needing do-overs, it’s part of life and any good business will have coverage. Call back and stand your ground.

I’d absolutely ask for a new trial. It’s better to be a little pushy now than be disappointed with your look on your wedding day!

P.S. I hope your original stylist is okay!

Definately call  back and ask for a free hair trial with the new stylist. Explain that your previous hair trial was with the other stylist so you need a new one. If they say you should pay, say that you already spent money with the other stylist and this isn’t your fault. I would be super nice about it and I bet they’ll set you up with another appt. asap. 🙂

Definately get another trial.  You went through the trouble to have a trial in the first place for a reason, so of course you should get one with the new stylist!  I agree that they should give you a free / heavily discounted trial.  I’d call back, say you were so upset about your stylists accident that you didn’t even think through logistics, and of course you’ll need a trial with the new person before the wedding.  If they try to charge you just explain that you already spent your budget on the last stylist, and you really don’t feel you should have to pay full price again.  Good luck!
