Do you keep these foods in the house?  I don’t keep things that I could binge on in the house.  It requires more work to go out and get them then.

@MrsSaltWaterTaffy: Exactly. We used to keep cookie dough and ice cream and stuff on hand for when we had friends over, and then we stopped because we kept eating it when our friends were nowhere in sight. 😉 If I have chocolate gelato in the freezer, I’m gonna binge, but there’s no way I’ll go at 11 pm to go pick up a carton.

@peacockbride24: Yeah lots of men have it easier, and it is ALOT easier fro them to lose weight.  I injuried my thumb about 2 weeks go and ahve a cast on my hand that alogn with the ehat had kind of kille dmy motivation so I know how you feel.

Try making little goals to get yourself back in… (i.e. today I will work out fro 30 mins or this week I will only eat sweets once a week).  I find I don’t wan tto work out, btu as soon as I start, my body feels SO much better, and I”m really happy I did it.  Also try things that feel less like workoing out  and more liek fun (i.e. rollerblading or hiking).  And try to get a friend… that’s one of the things I’ve been lacking a lot, especially since everyoen around me seems to lose weight faster.  I know my gym has a special weight loss 8 week program where you do small group personalized training for 8 weeks and they track your weight loss and what you eat and stuff, maybe tryto find something like that.  You will get support and friendily competition when working in an environment with people who have the same goal and rroutine with you.

Hope that helps!  Also, I’m always looking for a friend to diet with, let me knwo if you’re interested!
