Just reading your stories and it is exactly what I have just gone through with my situation being pushed towards a dress by a family member bc it’s what she wanted & a friend who happened to be the sales girl.  So I blew almost $3500 on a dress I’m not wearing at all and another $1700 some on a veil, tiara, tiara for my daughter & beaded belt which I may or may not use!  And I totally have another style in mind of what I see for me!

Possibly will use the veil if the diamond white can match my ivory choices, and belt & sell the spare head piece!  I feel like such a fool & ashamed!  It’s so out of character for me also! Trying to work on a raffle with the first dress I have taken the lumps and know I will just have to move on with whatever financial loss and make sure I am completely happy with my dress choice.

I can say you absolutely did the right thing and while I have no doubt you look gorgeous in just about any dress, the one you chose if beyond exceptional on you & so stunning! Congrats!

@SerenaSF: Serena, after lots of searching and nothing being “quite right” – I found this dress last weekend and knew it was the one! It is so gorgeous – I especially love the scalloped lacing at the bottom, the sweetheart neckline with lace, and the overall fit of the dress is just stunning.  You look amazing in it!  Now I just have to pick accessories. I too tried on an amazing crystal sash, but price tag was $750!?  I may wear the one that came with it. I’m also thinking of wearing nothing at waist, but I think it looks best with a little definition. Congrats!  I am so in love with everything about this dress ๐Ÿ™‚

@JenDC:  I am so excited to try on this dress too! I have tried on a similar Romona Keveza L192, but I like the fluidity of this one.  What is the sash that comes with this dress?
