I have the dreaded stomach bug and my stomach is in knots. Besides puking and the other I am running a fever. It just really hit hard today. I have no patience and cannot think clearly. I couldn’t find my way out of a paper bag today. I got lost four times! This is the second time this week I have this bug. Someone tell me how to get better and stay better. Please?

@secondchances: Drink plenty of fluids and if you’re throwing up a lot, you might want to get some gatorade to replenish your electrolytes. The last thing you probably want to do is eat, but something light, like crackers or dry toast, would probably be a good thing if you haven’t eaten in a while. It’s odd that the same “bug” would affect you in the same week… I’d stay home for a few days until you’re feeling close to 100%. Feel better!!

Yes! liquids are important!! Sip water, or ginger ale. Avoid caffiene or fruit juices!
