Don’t give up! It’ll definitely get easier, I promise. Even after a few days you should notice a huge difference. We’re all here for you πŸ™‚

Just keep chugging away at it! Nothing makes me feel like crap more than trying to work out after taking a break…and then being like “ah i can’t do this!” but in a few weeks, you’ll be able to do it =]. Or trying anything ‘new’ that throws your body off. Look at it this way–it’ll feel great once you get those breaks down to just one or two, then eventually, no breaks!

Don’t give up!  Getting out of shape takes no time, its getting back into shape that takes forever.  But its worth it!  Don’t don’t don’t give up.  It will get easier!

You will be able to do it!  You just have to keep working at it and it will get easier.

The 30 day shred is no joke! Don’t feel bad because you can’t do the whole thing. The important thing is that you stick with it. Take a quick break and get right back into it. Sometimes when I’m like “I can’t do even one more lunge” I will just keep my legs straight in place and just do the arms. Or vice versa. Just keep going! The pain is just “fear leaving the body!” Smile

Hang in there! I started the 30 day shred the other day as well, but as Jacqi said, just keep moving even if you’re not doing the “entire” move. You’ll conquer the moves in no time!

You can definitely do it! It may not happen overnight but it’ll get easier. I used to take a circuit training class and we did similar exercises for an hour long! Then after months of inactivity, I could barely finish level 1 of Burn. Now I am slowly building up again. So don’t be discouraged!

Injuries always make it THAT much harder to get back into shape but you can do it. Just take it slow and easy so you don’t re-injure your ankle. πŸ™‚ We can be workout buddies (although I’ve been awful lately with my eating)
