I tear up EVERY single time I hear it. Here are the lyrics…
“Thank You” by Led Zeppelin
If the sun refused to shine, I would still be loving you. When mountains crumble to the sea, there will still be you and me.
Kind woman, I give you my all, Kind woman, nothing more.
Little drops of rain whisper of the pain, tears of loves lost in the days gone by.
My love is strong, with you there is no wrong, together we shall go until we die.
My, my, my.
An inspiration is what you are to me, inspiration, look… see.
And so today, my world it smiles, your hand in mine, we walk the miles,
Thanks to you it will be done, for you to me are the only one.
Happiness, no more be sad, happiness….I’m glad.
If the sun refused to shine, I would still be loving you.
When mountains crumble to the sea, there will still be you and me.

Oooh this is good. I’ve never heard it. What kind of dance are you doing? To me it seems really slow.

Well, considering that Fiance doesn’t dance, at all (we have NEVER danced together), we will most likely be doing your typical Jr. High dance moves.
Holding each other very closely, swaying back and forth, looking into each other’s eyes, saying sweet nothings to each other and trying not to laugh and cry at the same time.
At least that’s how I’ve been envisioning it. I get chills thinking about it.

Jezzybell – I LOVE your response! I literally cracked up!
I think that’s exactly what my fiance and I will be doing on our first dance as well 🙂 I love to dance, but him-not so much!

I am in love with our first dance song too! We are doing Ray LaMontagne “You are the best thing”. The chorus is just:
You are the best thing, You are the best thing, You are the best thing, Ever happened to me.
I love it because it’s true!

@Gracez: Thanks. LOL. Yeah, I think it will be perfect. I can’t wait.
@ColoradoBride12: Don’t think I’ve heard it. I will have to go check it out. But I totally feel you on the being true part! 🙂
