I’m not going to share any details because, well, I don’t want to lose my job. But UGH!!! So frustrated I want to scream!
Anyone else having a tough day at work today?
P.S.– I would advise against sharing details yourself. I’ve seen people lose jobs over stuff they posted online! But I wouldn’t mind a generic vent-fest.

As someone who used to do events I have nightmare stories, I did corporate event so I don’t have any scary bridezilla stories but there are so many really mean and unreasonable people out there. One thing I started doing (because I believe negativity can hurt you and only add to your stress) was to stop and hope for good things for the person stressing me out. It was really hard to do but I started thinking you never know what the other person is going through. Yes most definitely in some cases these people did not deserve my good thoughts but they got them anyway because eventually it’ll all come back to me and it really helped me to stay more positive than negative and there’s no room for being overly stressed when you have an event to produce.

I totally understand how you feel! I have had PLENTY of days like that and alot more recently with a new Director that treats me like an assitant (I can say this because I already put in my notice and will be starting a new job on the 22nd, yay me!) 🙂 Do you have someone at work you trust that you can vent too? That definitely helps me alot.
And yes, I recommend as well if you are on a work computer be careful what you put online and even outside or work be careful on what you comment on. We have had people be fired for comments they made on Facebook even though it was to their “friends”, people at work found out.
