Good job. It sounds like you are making strides. You have a job at the moment, payed back your Fiance (I am married and still have my own bank account. It works for us) and are making some good steps. Keep up the good work. I am rooting for you.

pussinboots83 :  our cost of living is higher than the states, but our wages are also higher as far as i am aware. I dont think it has much to do with importing, because i can buy something that we make here and import to the states cheaper out of the states than it retails here, even with shipping etc. Our dollar is less favourable at the moment too, which contributes…

You could spend a reasonable amount on junk food if you wanted. A block of chocolate 200gm is 5 bucks.
