Good for you girl! Good luck! I have lost 80lbs and still going so I know it is so difficult and you will want to be lazy or give up… but dont. =) Fall in love with your workouts. I workout at home but make sure you mix up your workouts! =D

๐Ÿ™‚ You can do it! You’ll never regret it. Ever since I started addressing my relationship with food and myself 2 years ago, my life has been SO much more full of joy simply because I’m actually LIVING my life now.

Awesome ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m glad to read a post where the weight loss will be a lifestyle change not just a quick fix. This really tells me that you can do it.

You are georgeous btw, beautiful hourglass figure.

@Mrs.Jansen:  Go girl!  I have been consistently losing weight for 2 years (I had gotten up to 210).  Around and after the wedding I gained 8 pounds which was hard for me after how hard I’ve worked.  I’m right there with you starting over!

I STRONGLY suggest myfitnesspal.com.  Their iPhone app is GREAT.  Here we go!!

ETA:  I also recommend the book Naturally Thin by Bethenny Frankel.  She has a TON of great day-to-day points to remember.

I am joining you! After my near-fatal car accident in March, I was unable to work-out at all. In addition, since I was unable to drive, EVERYONE who ran me to my doctors’ and therapy appointments kept taking me out to eat! Agggggggggghhhhhh! So I have definitely gained weight and I need to lose 20 lbs. Let’s do this!!!

@Mrs.Jansen:  You can do it! Good luck! And remember – moderation is the key. Don’t deprive yourself of anything… it’ll just add to overeating later on. Try to find some activities you enjoy – exercise shouldn’t be about pulling teeth. And it WILL get easier.

Congrats on the decision! Investing in yourself is the best decision you will ever make! If you cheat once in a while, so what, you get right back on and keep going. When you are sticking to a regimen I dont see anything wrong with rewarding yourself with a treat once in a while :o) Good Luck on your journey!!!!!
