of king size pretzel covered M&M’s last night and I paid for it this morning. I felt so nauseous pretty much all night long and this morning. I didn’t eat breakfast because I didn’t have much of an appetite and my stomach hurt. They were one of my favorite (unhealthy) snacks, but I guess now that I’m eating healthier my body said no bueno…

@MrsWe: I’ve done that with a whole bag of peanutbutter M&M’s. Felt the same way afterwards. Now I limit myself to maybe 2 small bags of those a year! 😉 Hope you feel better soon!

@MrsWe: I feel your pain. I’ve binged on my favorite snacks and my body said: WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME – and was not kind. It serves as a reminder for a short period and every once in awhile I have to go through the pain again. 🙁 FWIW, your body will bounce back in no time. Drink a bunch of water and I bet you’ll be feeling back to your healthy self in no time!

I hate it when I do that. My motto is, just don’t let it throw you off and the scale might not even notice! My body always does though… junk food hangover!
