SoonAsYouCan:  Your husband is a keeper!

I’m not allowed around anything expensive because I’m bad news.

I haven’t broken or damaged anything of my current boyfriend, yet. With my ex, I broke the screen on his brand new iPhone 2 days after he bought it. It was on the kitchen counter and I picked it up to clean the counter and I dropped the phone face down (he did not yet have a case on it). Then with the replacement phone, I dropped it into the ocean trying to take a picture of him. I also once spilled coffee on his lap top. I didn’t ruin it, but the buttons would always stick after that. He was always very nice with my accidents, and would shake his head and say “it’s a good thing you’re hot” lol!

I backed my ex husband’s brand new pickup into a garbage can at McDonald’s.  You know, one set inside the rock/cement outer layer?  Since it was the stock bumper I went home and ordered a custom rear bumper to match his custom front one.

Yeah, I still remember the looks he used to give that truck.

That’s why I refuse to drive my husband’s truck. I’m just not used to it because it’s so big. Don’t feel too bad. It happens. My husband put a few scratches on my car and didn’t even realize it until I mentioned that there were scratches (a few hours after it happened too) and he put the two together and was like oh, that was probably me. He used some touch up paint… dind’t do a very good job, but he tried. It’s paid for… I don’t care.

My momma always said the first dents hurt the most.

First of all, OP, your husband sounds lke an awesome guy!  My situation was not nearly as nerve-wracking as yours, but my husband loves the candy called Cherry Hearts. We were sharing a bag and stoppedeatin them or the day. The next day the open bag is just sitting there. My husband is at work.I end up eating the rest of the candy in the bag. I felt so bad because he bought them for himself (but shared some with me). Anyway, I text him explaining that I ate the rest of the Cherry Heart candies in that particular bag and apologized and feltbad about it. He texts me back that it’s ok. He has another unopened  bag in our pantry  He wasn’t mad at all.

Wow I can’t imagine how bad you must have felt. My fiance is obsessed with his truck too and reading your story made my stomach sink just a little even thinking about it. Other than him, I’m the only one who’s ever been allowed to drive his truck (only once. but hey that’s more than everyone else!) It’s great that he was so understanding and more worried about your safety. When it comes to “truck guys” that’s how you know it’s true love lol

This is literally my life. I do stuff like this all the time.

I broke one of his controllers to a video game. It was on the table and I went to go brush stuff off of the table because I thought it was all clothes, I did like an arm sweep, and his controller went flying it. It didn’t like immediately Crack but it doesn’t work anymore, you could hear little parts floating around in there.

My fi bought me a remote control start and not even two weeks later I somehow lost my keys. This is the first time I have EVER lost my keys and I felt so stupid and awful. I was so upset that he had just spent this money on me for something I really wanted and I somehow lost them. I was crying hysetically and my fi literally just laughed at me and hugged me close and he just said only you could do this. Lol he then bought me another one a couple weeks later.

One time, I hit his dad’s car…. while his dad was there…. lol luckily it wasn’t hard or anything like that, it was a little tap, but I still was horribly embarrassed.

I literally am the clumsiness person ever, so I tend to break stuff, and luckily he always says thay accidents happen and as long as I am okay everything else is fine.
