I’m on day 15 of shred! I feel waaaay better about myself and my endurance is way up. I will say, the first day, I literally collapsed and laid on the floor almost crying at the end. She makes for a mean 20 minutes! But by the end of level 1 I wasn’t even breaking a sweat anymore, so I moved up to level 2. Sure enough, another day of collapsing on the floor. It’s cool to see the progress through, because I can almost breath all the way through level 2 now. 🙂 

I haven’t noticed any weight loss, BUT I also started birth control about 2 weeks before I started shred, and was expecting to gain weight from that, so … right now I might weigh a few pounds more, but I’m hoping to adjust my eating and drop that few pounds, and maybe a few more.

I honestly can’t imagine getting a better workout for the amount of time Shred takes.
