Good luck! I have faith you can do it! I was recently in a wedding and the bride was so nervous all day getting ready that she wouldn’t fit into her dress… don’t let that be you! One of my friends puts a picture up by her alarm clock so that when she leans over to hit snooze she is reminded why she is trying to get out of bed that early in the first place. Try to have someone to hold you accountable. 🙂 🙂

you can do it. i started going to gym 4x a week and even hired a personal trainer for couple sessions so i see and get insturctions on how to use the weights and machines correctly- dont need to hurt my self at the gym.  drink lots of water and make sure you have rests days inbetween work outs

Me! I got on Weight Watchers on Tuesday because I need to drop weight AND inches. So far I’ve lost 4 lbs (sure that’s water weight but ever bit helps!).

For losing inches I can’t recommend anything more than Pilates. It works WONDERS. Since I moved away from DC I lost my favorite Pilates studio BUT she has one online class you can sign up for through Pilates Anytime (her name is Mariska Breland if you choose to go that route.) Seriously, full. body. workout. Otherwise, maybe find a well-reviewed studio in your area?
