Miss Tattoo (aka. my mocha bean) is my world. I tell her this everyday. I don’t know what I would do without her. I’m glad there is an african american board on this website, because there is little representation out there on mixed websites.
I just want to say how beautiful all of you ladies are. AA women get a lot of shit for having low marriage numbers and a lot of websites out there say AA women are the least desirable of all the races of women out there. I call bull shit. What isn’t there to like about full lips, hips, and well…what sounds like hips and starts with a t? 🙂
I like your hair whether it’s natural, relaxed, braided, weaved, wigs, ect.
I love all the shades of beauty AA women come in. I hate how the media only focuses on the light skin AA women. And even when they do, they still try to lighten their skin in photoshop.
So, I guess the point of my post on this board is to let you all know that you are beautiful. I’m sure you already know this, but like I said, it’s not said enough in mainstream media. It’s not celebrated enough in magazines.
Plus, your skin is tasty!

I’m not AA, but what a great sentiment! Thanks for sharing your affection, Mr T 🙂

I’m not AA but my family is like a rainbow of races so I loooove this sentiment! My family calls me the ‘sister from another mother’ because I’m whiter than white with hips that don’t quit, lol!

The first time I got a weave…oh man…lol I was seriously his lab rat. He was so amazed you could “sew hair into your head.” He would giggle every time he felt a track.
On the opposite side of that, I love how he still calls me beautiful when my hair is nappy and in need of a relaxer.
