Water retention/bloating should show up on a scale- because your body is literally holding more water and water has mass. I have no idea how you could get bigger without gaining weight (unless you have lost muscle and gained fat).
Sorry this is happening to you! can you change ur dress to a corset back? Yeah don’t do no carb and be careful with a wrap.. Sounds like a good way to pass out at the alter.

No carb diet – depending on your weight, you will lose 1 pound per day at least. Also break a sweat each day – whether it be jogging, whatever. Eat carbs the morning OF your wedding; you will get lots of energy and won’t pass out. Also, the no-carb energy waning is only really on days 1 and 2.

Did you have the dress sitting correctly on you when trying to zip it? It could make a difference.
Make sure you drink plenty of water, bloating and water retention is worse when slightly dehydrated.
Are you regular? The iron in the prenatal vitamins can make you a little constipated.

Have you tried not wearing a bra? I have two dresses for my wedding a ceremony and a reception. The wedding dress is a 10 but reception dress is an 8 I can wear the reception dress no problem but cant wear a bra (i have big bust should have been an 8 in my wedding dress too but opted bigger to be able to wear a bra for support in pictures)

Ooh girl, you needa CALM yoself. If you haven’t gained any weight, your stomach was probably just a little distended. Maybe you ate something salty and it made you bloat a little. The human body is pesky like that – it changes for no good reason. If it’s too late for alterations, there’s no use worrying about it; even if you’ve gained weight, you’re not going to lose it in 6 days without damaging your beautiful self. Find three strong and preferably handsome men to cram you into your dress on your wedding day and don’t forget your most physics-defying shapewear and all will be well.
