I have two gowns that I really love. The first is more fun and unique, and the second is more traditional and romantic. I cannot decide which i prefer. they are both lovely and cost about the same. Dress #1 is a bit large on me in the photo so it would definitely be more fitted if i ordered it. and Dress #2 ran a bit small so is a bit tight on the hips.
I would add a small glittery or flowery belt to Dress #1 and I would add a flower to Dress #2 on the hip area. I also would add a layer of blush tulle to Dress #2 because Im really loving the blush shade in general.
The wedding is in August at a farm/garden outdoor venue. I am an artist which is why i really like the fun whimsical ruffles – they have a lot of great movement to them and have blush color mixed in. But I also really like the soft romantic and traditional feel of the second dress, especially the lace trim at the bottom.
Neither of these photos do the dresses justice! Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!

@melee999: Ordinarily I’d totally go for #2, but the way you smile in #1 and the fact that you describe yourself as artistic I’d go for #1, you just shine in it!

Not sure why the back of the first dress didnt show up in the image so here it is..

I love the blush dress, but as far as what looks BETTER on you, its dress #2. Although, you cant go wrong with either dress because you look great in both. You just look better in dress 2 IMO :

Both are beautiful the environment makes the second dress pop out a bit more. Which one feels the most beautiful to you

I love the first dress! I think the ruffles are way more fun. Plus, I’d worry about the cost of alterations on the second dress.

I think you should choose what you feel best in… but I love the second one!

What is the name of the first dress? I LOVE it!!

@Princessbubblegum: Dress #1 is David Tutera Crawley dress. It is from the new 2014 Collection. It comes with a lace back/sleeves but I think that is too overwhelming for my figure so I tucked them into the sides of the dress (another reason it doesnt look like it fits as well) and I would have it removed in alterations.
Dress #2 is David Tutera Davinia.

I like dress #2, it shows off your figure beautifully. Not that the first one doesn’t, I just think the second does a better job.

The 2nd option is stunning on you! I would definitely pick that one!
