Have you tried an Alchemy request on Etsy?

You can post a request for a particular item to be made and the price that you would like to spend on it.  This posting can be as specific as you want about the materials you want it made of, the colors, etc. People who have Etsy shops can then respond to your post and offer to make it for you.  They will tell you what materials they will use and how much it will cost them.  You can choose whether or not to accept their offer.

You could make your own.  Check out local toy stores or collectibles stores to find figurines you like.  Attach them to a dressed-up base and you’re done.

second the etsy alchemy request.  if you are crafty you can buy special paint just for porcelain, it is not expensive and available at most craft stores.  pick up a base for $1 and some paint and you are good to go!

If you’re up to making your own, you can get knights and princess figures (think 6″ toys) from Michael’s and in the toy section of stores.  Google “World of Elves”… they have a good selection and there’s also knights by that manufacturer.

It wouldn’t be hard to come up with a base, a little castle or a tree to use, either.

We’re gonna be using Reaper minuatures painted by my Fiance, which I’ll be creating a topper out of… probably start doing it after the new year, though, what with holidays…
