I went to a Weird Al concert last night, which was great, except when I took my ear plugs out, I had that discomfort/can’t hear/need to pop my ear drums. I have tried everything I can think of, still no luck, and it’s been 17 hours, and it’s driving me crazy! Any suggestions? Thanks!

Chewing gum usually helps me. I usually can pop my own ears by holding my breath and pushing out, not sure if it’s good for my ears though.

Try yawning or placing your finger tips around your ear holes to create a seal, build up a little pressure and remove them…I had to do this all the time a few weeks back when I went on a road trip with my Fiance through the rockies…my ears didn’t pop for 2 days and it was brutal! Oh, also hold your nose and breathe and push out, that might help as well. Good luck!

Hooray to you for wearing earplugs!! (I’m an audiologist).
If holding your nose and blowing out didn’t work (technically called a Valsalva maneuver), try swallowing a drink of water while holding your nose (a Toynbee maneuver). They’re both safe to do when needed. Good luck!
