mecury glass tends to reflect what is around it. I have some in my mostly white and black kitchen, so it will look super bright and silver, or dark and pewtery depending on what it reflects. In your picture it looks copper, but I think that’s because it’s reflecting the wood table.

Yeah, mercury glass is silvery but can look tarnished and pewteR. Sometimes they have a little gold tinge to them.  Of you put gold next to it, it will be more gold. Silver or white will make them more silvery. I love them and love mercury. 

If you want them more silver, you can spray then with mirror finish spraypaint and then immediatly use a spray bottle with vinegar and silver to break it up. Search pinterest for how tos. You can make them more silver that way.
