i have sucky moments in the kitchen….. lots of them

in my defense, i accidently started the wrong burner to make crab cakes – not much of defense as my hubby pointed out because the pan on the left was the one i was cooking with

what i find funny is that my first reaction was to take a photo and not save the house from danger  🙂

ha ha sorry about the towel and im sorry about the stove. sometimes they just get old and die like that. glad no one got hurt and im sure the hubby understands. my Fiance is a great cook and had a bag of mini bread loaves on the stove and turned the over on to get them toasted and melted the bag with the bread onto the stove and ruined all the bread.

this is my 2nd stove in just a few short years btw – the first one, well one day it refused to turn off!  all the buttons were off but the oven was still working and heating and we had to turn it off at the main.  i refuse all blame despite hubby saying he had it for years without a problem and one year with me and it went crazy 🙂

@eloping:haha!  The towel is on fire, and the first thing you did was take a pic of it before putting it out??  Thats awesome!  and I though I was photo crazy… =)
