    I love the idea of a sash on this dress! It’s beautiful on you, but I agree that you might need something to cover the seamline.  I voted for a colored sash, but an ivory one would look great!  Definitely no bow at the empire line, you don’t need anything conflicting with the beauty of the dress!

    I think that a wide sash in a wedding color would look amazing with that dress.  The dress is stunning, but I do think that it needs something in the middle.  I am so in love with all the lace on that dress, the bottom just looks like it is going to flow down the aisle like a dream.

    I would add a silver sash w/ beading as a replacement to the original.  It sounds like the box was really the issue but not the sash.  So that’s why I suggest you go w/ the same size sash that is jeweled.  Or you can have a thin sash of pearls.

    I voted for the wider ivory sash.. with or without the bling, either way will work.. . It will look beautiful… that dress is gorgeous!
