Today, I realized that I stuck the return address stickers on the right side of the envelopes for my invitations (where the stamps should be), instead of the left side. Will the post office still accept them, or will I have to re-do the envelopes?

I checked the USPS site and they didn’t say you COULDNT post the stamp on the left but they wrote you have to put your return address on the left (which were not) ours in on the back. I could see them sending them back and not only would you have wasted time but also all the money you spent on stamps as well… I’d just call before you go any further just in case.

Take them in to the post office (easier to get answers than calling) and explain the situation. They will tell you what to do with them.

Thanks guys, I was gonna take them up there anyway to be sent off because I don’t know how many stamps would be needed. But, I guess I will take one up there first and ask them if I can still use the envelopes I have messed up! If they say no, I will go and get more envelopes, thankfully I have a ton of return address stickers!
