I dyed my crinoline!!!! I so love it, although it came out a little lighter than I wanted I still love it. I think it’s because the crinoline was made of polyester and apparently the dye is lighter with that kind of fabric. I don’t mind one bit, it’s still blue, it will still pop out of underneath my dress and it will make my shoes stand out as well since they are blue 🙂
My gf and I worked on it together with the help of her husband and kids also teehee. She went a bit camera crazy on me and I love it, got tons of picture. For now I leave you with one teaser picture, I will come back to do a full post on all the steps I took to dye it.

yay, it worked!! good job. i like how the trim dyed a bit darker than the rest, must be of different material.
now on to the next diy.
