Hi ladies, so I’m dying to have the “I DO” sticker on my shoe but here’s the problem. All the nicer (easier to read) “I DO” stickers are larger making it that it should be placed at the BOTTOM of where your foot is (you can only see this if you lift your foot up) like photo #1?? But I’ve seen a few brides have a small “I DO” on the HEEL back of the shoe (where your heel/back of shoe/before the high heel spike starts) similar to photo #2 (which by the way I just wrote “I DO” with the help of Paint. LOL!!) It’s very nice but so small (but you can see it when the dress if lifted in the back and the foot is still on the ground. No need to left the foot). What do you ladies think?? Where should I place this?? TIA!!
**REMINDER: This is just for the PLACEMENT of the stones. Obviously the two photos do not show my wedding shoes NOR do they show the exact rhinestones I’ll be using (obviously once picture #2 is just text written on Paint).

The heel is super cute, but you won’t be able to re-wear your shoes if you put them there! I voted for the bottom.

personally I really love the look of the second one, especially cause you could take wonderful photos in your dress, without akwardly semi flashing to see the stickers.
If you did want to use the larger I Do’s. may i suggest hot gluing them onto the backs? (please don’t kill me if these a. don’t work and b. ruin your shoes)
and as @jo.lee: said you can’t rewear them afterwards.

i really don’t love the second one, but i guess it would depend what your shoes look like.

Are you Catholic? I think that’s where the tradition of writing things on the bottom of shoes started, so that the words could show up as the couple knelt at the altar.
If you’re not kneeling as part of your ceremony, I’d put the stickers as they are on the black shoe–otherwise it’s possible no one will ever see them.

I kind of like the idea of the words on the bottom of the sole as an “Easter egg” or secret of sorts…I think you could get a really cute picture of you sitting with your feet propped up or maybe with the groom holding you bridal-style.

I prefer the first way but I guess I’m a little biased because that what I did (with those exact same rhinestones). We have cute pictures of the bottom of my shoes in the detail shots but during the day no one saw them – it was my little secret.
The placement in the second picture just seems very awkward to me. Maybe if I could see it real instead of paint modifications it would help but right now it just seems off.
