@Bwed2012:  yay! date twin! hehe. Maybe it is an October thing. My sister is pregnant, and I already offered baby sitting services. I may not even return the child.

We’re not even married yet and sometimes I find myself daydreaming about babies. I have never been like this until like the last two months. So strange. I told him about my urge and I think he likes it. He wants kids pretty badly. Maybe even moreso than I do right now. I think he’d be fine if I got pregnant now…except that I might kill him. Lol. I have to remind him that I’d like to enjoy my wedding and honeymoon please. And finish school. So yea, we have about a year and a half wait at least before we even try.

@vmec:  I’m the same way. Got married in December and babies are so far from my mind it isn’t even funny. They’re not even registering on my radar. A year ago, I would have told you I definitely wanted children. Now, I’m not so keen on the idea.

@Bwed2012: If you’re crazy, I am too 🙂 About a year after we got married, I started doing the same things you are now…and I warn you, it’s only gotten worse! We will celebrate our 3 year anniversary this summer, and baby fever is full on raging. We are still planning on waiting at least another year to start trying, but that doesn’t stop me from pinning baby stuff on Pinterest, looking up baby stuff online, and stalking the baby aisles at Target (I know, I’m a weirdo). I think if I had been older when we got married (I was only 22), this would have started even sooner.

lol you went from waiting to be engaged to waiting for a baby, the feelings seem similar don’t they? Sneaking peeks at engagement rings and mentally planning out your wedding to sneaking peeks at baby clothes and mentally mulling over baby names

I’m not even married yet (getting close though!!!!!) and we decided on the same time frame and I’m the same as you. Even though it was originally my idea to wait. Now my fiance is the one saying “No rush!”

Date twin! Yes, totally insane! But, that means I am, too!! He wants to wait until he’s 30 (3 years) and we are more “ready”, but my clock is ticking! I can’t stop thinking about babies.

I was the same way!! We got married in August and originally weren’t planning on TTCing for a few years…well…now I’m 6 weeks pregnant! So yes, my baby fever won. Haha!

We’re not even engaged and I’m (half) baby crazy.

For about the past 18 months, I was baby crazy. Now, I have lots of international travel planned and we’re saving for a house, so having babies seem less attractive at this point. And we’re definitely not ready.

So yeah, I think it’s pretty normal.

I’m starting to become more and more like this, against my will haha.  I also was planning to wait 2-3 years after the wedding before TTC.  Partly for financial reasons, and because I want to be more settled into jobs and a life we are happier with….also because my biggest passion right now is dance (just getting back into it after a few years of a break) and I don’t want to have to give it up anytime soon.  BUT, I have baby fever all the time lately. I’m really starting to believe in this whole biological clock thing!

I just got back from Disney, and I’m having the worst baby fever of my life. FH came, and even he noticed all the adorable children and little girls (he wants a daughter) in princess dresses.

@vmec:  I’m 34 and kids are not on our radar at the moment as well.  Course we haven’t gone on our honeymoon yet(going in March), so that is on my brain right now.  It would seriously SUCK to be pregnant on my honeymoon so maybe any positive thoughts on kids is just being blocked from my brain right now.
