wow isnt that a horrible feeling?! I put my dress on over the holiday to show my sisters and my zipper BARELY made it up. It shook some sense into me because I need to look phenomenal on my wedding day. So I excerise at least 4 times a week. The jillian michaels 30 day shred is amazing. I can get through the whole workout and there is 3 levels to keep moving up to. I love it. I also cut out the sweet snacks i eat all day. I keep in mind how much I eat throughout the day and what I decide to eat. I dont like to diet because I ALWAYSSSS break it so Im just trying to make better choices and its working so far! Good Luck! I know you can do it. You have plentyyyy of time. Just dont give up.

I love the 30 Day Shred. It only takes 20 min and it leaves me feeling completely worked out. I’m trying to fit into my dress too- I have 10lbs to lose by 8/6/11. What all the others have said was awesome advice that I’m following (or trying to)! No more pop and juice, less carbs, drink half your body weight in ounces of H2O daily…Hang in there! Losing weight is hard but there is lots of motivation and advice on this site to pull us through.

I’m with you!!! I only have till july though. I am trying to run at least 3 times a week and cutting back on carbs!! I may die, but from what I have read on the blog it should work!! Good luck I’m sure you can do it!!

Good luck! Lots of great advice here, but I’d also add to focus on the eating healthy part. I map out a weekly dinner menu each Saturday, and make my grocery list based on it (so I don’t buy too much junk while I’m there). I try to have mostly vegeterian or fish dishes, and have meat and pasta only once a week.

It takes time but it’s worth it, I feel that I’m really eating healthy meals!

Weight watchers definitely works, as long as you stick with the program.

I agree – 30 day shred, Jillian Michaels. You CANT not lose weight doing that.
