Thats sucks you wont fit in your dress but be happy you have a booty! I know many girls who go lengths to achieve this even through surgery lol. Try just running outside and not going up hills or stairs and you will be sure to see a slim down. Good luck!

Awwww, I hope your back side shrinks for you in time. I went from a 42 butt to a 37… I miss it but I want to wear a smaller dress

runing flights of stairs made your butt grow??? *finds stairs ASAP* I personally would kill someone for a bigger butt…its the nicest thing in a womans body…but not fitting into your dress is a tough one…you are getting married 2 days before me. You have enough time to lose a couple of inches. Do an insane amount of cardio! I am gonna do this cause I think wedding dresses make woman look bigger in pics. So I am trying to lose ten pounds then try to gain more curves after the honeymoon.

Jillian Michael’s work out DVD worked for me. I lost 37 lbs by doing them 3 times a week over the course of 2 months. I’m sure if you did them everyday you’d loose enough in your 2 week deadline.

@alicia1745:  37lbs in two months?!?!?  Crazy!  Which DVD – I am buying it now lol.

@jayebaby:  I don’t have any solid suggestions, but Spanx are worth a shot (in addition to non-stairs cardio, of course).  Good luck dear!

ok first.. i’m going to run up and down my stairs every day for the next month

next – try running outdoors.  try the south beach diet phase 1, you drop a ton of weight really fast without starving yourself.  and try to never ever take another step again hahaha 🙂

hopefully you lose enough so they dont have to let the dress out and if u dont, then maybe ull lose enough so they only have to let it out just a little..

good luck!!

oh and jump rope is the best cardio ever.  you burn the most amount of calories.  think of boxers and their lean bodies – they do it all the time.

It’s not a bad thing to have to have your dress let out because you’ve gained muscle– seriously, don’t worry about it– almost no one has a dress that doesn’t need to be altered in one way or another; this is just one more alteration area.

Congrats on the epic glutes! I say let the dress out, and plan to flaunt your fit behind in a bikini on your honeymoon.

You can stretch and slim out toned muscle with yoga. I know some yoga flows are really good for flattening out glutes. You’ve built muscle up, so dieting won’t do anything for you. I have no idea if they even make Spanx for this.

Now excuse me, while I go find me some stairs…
