Since I got engaged in July of this year, I don’t know how to relax and enjoy my engagment. I’m uptight about everything. We are getting married sept 6, 14 and I just worry about everything and I’ve been taking it out on my Fiance. I feel so bad. I don’t mean to and I want to relax and enjoy myself and not worry about money or really anything.
We have a venue, we know who we want to invite and who’s going to be in our party. I have a dress already, DJ booked and photographer is booked as well. I have the stuff for my centerpieces already and just all I do is stress about anything and everything..
I don’t know what to do or how to relax and my Fiance is trying so hard. I need help. 🙁

@oxstardust421xo: Sounds like you have plenty taken care of already, and should take a wedding planning break! Breaks are important – take a weekend to yourself to do completely non wedding related things. 🙂

It seems like you have already done so much, take a break until after the holidays and start fresh in the new year.

Go for a jog or take a yoga class or something. At this rate, you’ll burn out for sure!

@oxstardust421xo: It sounds as thought quite a bit of the major planning is already taken care of- congrats! Take a week or two off and do some fun things with FI- go on a roadtrip, camping, watch for shooting stars, hiking, cook something crazy & new, play games (we sometimes play masterchef- we decide what to make, then we work as a two person team to beat our self-imposed time limit)… Take up a non-wedding project or hobby (sewing, photography, writing, gardening), long pampering bubble baths & pedicures, clean the house like crazy…..
