Help! I just received two moissanite stones that I ordered to choose from. One is a 1.25 ct 7mm round brilliant (unenhanced), and the other is a 1.1 ct 6mm amora enhanced cushion cut. UMMMMM, they are both unbelievable!!!!! How the HELL am I going to choose one? Lol. I just picked them up during my lunch hour so I will be taking pictures later and putting them up here. Maybe you’ll be able to help me decide??? I am planning on getting a simple diamond double halo setting for the stone. I’ll be back with pics! 🙂

Personally, I like the way moissy cushions are cut better than rounds, but you need to pick the one that makes you happiest!

I vote the cushion, but I’m a bit biased 🙂
And I dislike the cut on rounds.

Okay – so I took pictures of my two moissanite stones inside and outside of my house. I still have no idea lol. It looks like some of you are leaning towards the cushion. I like the round because it is a bit bigger than the cushion, but I do like the cut of the cushion. However, since the cushion is amora treated it does appear a little bit whiter than the round unenhanced. I don’t seem to be color sensitive though since I think they look the same color IRL, but then the cushion comes out whiter looking in pictures. The sparkle is to die for with both stones. This is a hard decision – and I only have 14 days!!!! Yikes!!! Keep in mind that whatever stone I do choose, it will be going in a double cushion halo setting. Also, I don’t see any yellowing in either stone for those of you wondering. But then again, someone might see something different than me lol. Hopefully my pics show up!! …….

I like both but if you are going for size then go with the round
