You are so beautiful in your pictures. I know you have one thing you are insecure about, and your eyes instantly go to that, but for me, my eyes instanty went to your face and how pretty and sassy you look when you smile (yeah, sassy! In a good way!), and then I looked at your hair and thought, “I love her hair. Man, I hate my hair.” We all have our thing, but that’s not what other people see.

Your harshest critic is always yourself. We always pick out the worst elements of ourselves in pictures and in reality, the people looking at them only see a beautiful, and happy bride.

@Mrsdickinson: NO, STOP IT! You look beautiful and so radiant! In a series of photos (especially candid ones) there are always going to be a couple that don’t look quite as good as the others, but that doesn’t mean that you didn’t look amazing. You look especially awesome in the picture a PP posted from your recap.

I’ll echo the other posters. You look beautiful – the pink looks so great with your coloring – and so in love. While it’s great to see instant photos from phones, they can capture that very moment when you look down or close your eyes or turn away.

So got professional photos back… And I have double chins in nearly every photo!

@Mrsdickinson: We’re our own worst critics sweetie, and you are absolutely stunning! You look so happy and in love, and not to mention drop dead gorgeous! When I got our photos back I hated them as well because I thought I looked awful, but I realized I was being over-critical and there was absolutely nothing wrong with how I looked! In fact, I felt AMAZING!
There’s always going to be a few photos that we don’t look quite our best, but from the ones you posted, you don’t have that problem because you look beautiful in all of them!

I think you look amazing, girl. And happy. And in luuuuuuuurve. That being said, if you are unhappy with how you look then there are many ways to go about fixing that so you can be a happier you. I love the photos, though – but ultimately it’s you (just like the rest of us) who have to be happy with what they see in the mirror. 🙂

I really like your photos, I love your hair and your dress and you look really in love!
I think you look beautiful! Your dress is gorgeous, it fits you well, your hair is perfect (darn you!), and you look happy.
That said, I had the same issue when I saw my pictures. Actually, I still have that reaction – maybe I’ll get up the courage to post them. :/ Still, when I printed some out for my grandmother, my mother and father were both gushing over how good I looked that day. Soooo, just try to take off the negative self-image filter! You may focus on your chin, but other people looking at your pics see how pretty you look, and how well the dress fits, and how GOOD you look! Seriously though, you do look good. We’re always much harsher on ourselves than we should be!
Also, date twin. *Bump.*

You are absolutely rocking it! And I would never in a million years have said you were a size 26, omg! You look about 6-8 sizes smaller IMO. Seriously, I think you awesome and happy and that’s the most important thing.

well honey, if you have a double chin you have a double chin. I can’t see how you can hide that.
try and focus on how happy you were and that you married your best friend. all that other stuff doesn’t matter.
congrats on your wedding.
