It’s a year and a week later, not a week later! Go with your date; it’s important to you.

We’re talking about vow renewals right? Tell her to chill out. It’s a VOW RENEWAL. A year and a week later? Oh, please…

Tell her to get over herself. Its really not a big deal at all. After I announced my wedding date, one of my cousins announced theirs for 2 weeks earlier and then another announced theirs for a month and a half later and it really isn’t a big deal. Your wedding is your DAY, not your month, year, or year and a week if your SIL is concerned.

I would keep it the way the two of you want it.  It’s a year later, she is lucky to get a day but she doesn’t get to keep a whole month locked down for the rest of her life.  I suspect she is somewhat of a drama queen, ignore her.

I think your SIL is overreacting. Have it on your date and tell her to get over herself

Have it on your date. Its a whole year later. Gosh!!! Go with your Fiance, he’s the person who you are renewing your vows with, not her.
