I do, and it has caught up with me in the form of a 20lb weight gain.  Back to being an adult…

The last time I wasn’t home to feed FH he ate top ramen, a bratwurst, and half a frozen pizza for dinner.

I’m terrrrrrible with cake for breakfast…I brought home a ton of cake after our tasting and I seriously ate a piece every morning for breakfast, and a piece wih every meal until it was gone.

@CherryWaves:  This, only mine was about 130 pounds of weight gain which started in college.

I now eat like an adult, sadly.

I just bought snacks for a 5 hour drive – goldfish, chips ahoy and coke zero. We’ll probably stop at fast food on the way there. Ew.

Your not alone!

I feed my husband like a ten year old (at his request lol) , and I end up at times being that way too 🙂 We skip meals, consider cereal a food group, going to the movies and eating popcorn is a meal, all that good stuff.

Yep, I am so bad….

But I “forget” to eat and then just eat junk(like half a candy bar)instead of dinner.

I have lost weight and I am not feeling good at all.

I need to get back to eating like an adult should again.

You are definitely not the only one! I go through phases where I’ll pig out on anything and everything in site few a few weeks until I’ve literally made myself sick because of it. Then I’ll switch over to eating super duper healthy for months and months until I go crazy and start binge eating again. It’s definitely not healthy, but when I’m eating good I *never* want “bad” food, and when I’m eating bad I sure as heck don’t want the “good” food!

I totally had cake for breakfast this morning. Yesterday for breakfast I had a brownie.

@Eva Peron:  Wait, cereal isn’t a food group?!? 🙂
