That dress is awesome, and you look gorgeous in it!

I went shopping with 2 of my BMs who have a similar problem with their “edit buttons”. Not only was I getting honest feed back, but so were the other girls in the bridal salon! I took a little longer in the dressing room to come out because I didn’t want the other brides to know I was with them haha This dress in NO way looks like a quinceanera dress either! Go with your gut and be happy in your beautiful dress! Your Maid/Matron of Honor will be the only one taking issue with it and that’s her deal 🙂

Forgive me for my blunt question, but why is such an unsupportive nay-sayer your MOH?  If anyone tried to insult me like that, they’d be out of the bridal party in a heartbeat!

Don’t let her get to you.  Your dress is beautiful, and definitely unique.  You look great!

I think it’s a beautiful dress and you shouldn’t worry about what she says. Everyone has different opinions on clothing and you two don’t agree.

That dress is freakin’ beautiful! It probably just isn’t your MOH’s style, but whether or not it’s your style is what counts! That sucks she doesn’t seem to have a filter between her brain and her mouth. Maybe try to have a heart-to-heart with her and tell her that her comment hurt your feelings. It might help her hold back on saying stuff like that in the future.

Your Maid/Matron of Honor is way off, that dress is beautiful.  I’ve seen quinceanera dresses, that is far from what they look like.  These are quinceanera dresses!

Very pretty dress.  I would either talk to her about her behavior or discontinue seeking advice from her.
