Uh-oh. Have you checked their reputation online? Hopefully it’s nothing!

@starla:  Thank GOODNESS you paid with Paypal! I had an ex who bought something that was like $200, it never came, there was no refund… He was out all that money! It makes me happy now, but at the time, it was a serious PITA!

I would email and cancel then file with paypal. The fact that there are no reviews and they don’t answer their phone would be shady enough for me to want my money back!

Yeah I will check it out next week. Our postal service is in a slow down right now too due to their union so it might be stuck in transit somewhere

@starla:  I hope it was something small. I love online shopping but I won’t order from places without reviews because I don’t have a paypal account that I actually use so I would freak the eff out if I started having issues with an order. I hope it gets resolved quickly for you! If you don’t hear from them I would write a review about the company to make sure someone else doesn’t have to go through what you are!

@starla:  I have filed a complaint through PayPal before – I bought something on ebay that never got shipped and the ebay user deleted their account. It didn’t take long at all before I was refunded my money. I don’t think it was more than a week or two. But it was different circumstances.

@starla:  Good for you for going with your gut! I have had a few friends get scammed out of money by online businesses. They were promised the sun, moon, and stars until that 30-40 day dispute window and then the never heard from the business again. I’m currently waiting on a print I ordered and it makes me nervous despite it being within their projected window.
