I took my e-ring to get cleaned today and they said one of the side stones was loose and needs to be tightened. I had to leave it at the store to get it fixed.
Soooo I don’t have my ring back until tomorrow! I know it’s so much better than losing one of the stones, but I’m going to miss it 🙁
Does anyone else feel REALLY weird without their ring on?

I do! I’m 7 months pregnant and finally had to take off my e-ring and wedding band because of swelling, and I’m constantly having a second long panic attack where I realize it’s not there, then remember it’s because I took it off, haha!

I feel weird without mine on. The only time I take mine off is to take a shower. I even wear mine to bed lol.
I’m not looking forward to taking mine to get it cleaned because I think they send them out to be checked for the warranty, and it might be gone for a week or so.

Yes! My fiance wanted to propose on a specific day and the diamond hadn’t come in yet, so he gave me the setting. When the stone came in that weekend, I had to give it up for 4 days.. and I cried! I was embarassed about crying, but I had just gotten it and didn’t want to be without it!

I’m so glad I’m not the only one! I mean, I feel terrible that more ladies feel that way, but they say misery loves company
I haven’t cried yet, but I whined and whimpered all the way home. I’m thinking about using one of my other rings as a placeholder, but even that doesn’t help.
I think I’m just doomed to pout all night…

Same situation last month, but they had to send mine out for the repair. My finger was naked and lonely for 2 weeks! But it beats losing a stone, and they cleaned it up all nice and shiny and brand-new looking 🙂

Mmhmm. Three weeks ago, my puppy accidentally bit my ring finger (we were playing a game, and he lunged for his ball which unfortunately rolled away and he bit hard)… long story short, my already fitted ring finger swelled up and started to turn blue and I couldn’t get them off, no matter what. I had to run to the jeweler to have my ering and wband cut off!

Me! When it’s really cold mine gets too big and will occasionally flop around. It’s annoying when I’m trying to work so I will occasionally try to take it off and set it next to me. Is FREAKS ME OUT! I can’t do it for more than a few minutes. haha.

I had to take mine in for resizing not long after I got it… it was the longest week of my life. I ended up wearing my great grandmothers Engagement Ring as a placeholder but I foundmyself explaining to people all the time that it wasn’t “my ring”

I guess I’m odd-man-out! I take my ring off when I’m at home, so I’m not used to wearing it all the time.

I take it off when I’m at home, but I panic if I forgot to put it on whenever I leave the house.

I love wearing mine!!! When it gets sent away for cleanins or repaires, it’s for two weeks. I love wearing a wedding ring so much and since my wedding band is soldered to my e-ring, I wear other bands or rings while I wait for the return of my original rings 😉 I own lots of jewelery, so I’m happy to wear pieces from my beloved collection when I can 😉
