After a lot of waffling and trying to figure out what we wanted, Fiance and I finally decided on our venue — an historic boat moored on the river in Philadelphia that is now a floating restaurant, so food included — for August 9th! 😀 The hardest part is basically done! (Well, the hardest for us anyway.) Going REALLY tiny with 45 people but I’m so happy about that. It’s perfect. Just what I always wanted!
On the other hand… I think I’m also pretty behind still… T_T

Yay, that’s so incredibly exciting!! Isn’t it just the greatest feeling in the world knowing you’ve picked THE place you’re going to be saying “I Do”?! I still get butterflies when I think about it 🙂 And yes, pics would be awesome!!! So happy that you’ve found your venue and set a date!
I wouldn’t be too worried about feeling behind! They say a year to plan a wedding, but I think that’s mostly for having the best availability with venues. Everything else can be done in probably 6 months or less (if you had to).
Good luck and happy planning! 🙂
