- Wedding: February 2014
but I have no clue what it looks like. We bumped up our wedding date because we got jobs near eachother sooner than anticipated so I was scrambling for a dress. We, FH and myself, shopping about 3 days a week to find something that will work. We were at a shop yesterday and going through the samples I was finding some that were becoming top contenders. Well FH got the sales lady to humor him, he pulled on he wanted me to try but demanded that I be blindfolded. I played along because I figured it would be a feather covered dress to make me laugh or he had something else under his sleeve. Well he loved the dress, it zipped perfectly on our consultant really loved how it laid on my but he decided that Im not allowed to see it. All I know its that it was off the shoulders with ruching. I completely get why he did it. Im not the easiest to shop with for clothing due to many body issues. He said I had found a few that couldve been the dress but due to negativity he didnt think I would even find one so he took it into his own hands. Truthfully Im not even that upset about it, Im more relieved that he found a dress that made me look amazing that he knew would be exactly what I needed. I get a gorgeous shock for the wedding and he even asked the consultant what accesories I should pair with it. I feel less stressed because I wont be picking at my choice or having regret because I have no clue what my dress looks like. He guarenteed me that its “the” dress so I have to trust him, he has been picking out my dresses since we met and hasnt gone wrong yet. Now I just get to wait and its great, there is no stress, I feel great about it and I dont feel like I had to settle because it was too late to order something.
