Hi bees! so with the month of november hitting and 6 months to my wedding, I FINALLY found something that worked. I tried a lot the previous 5 months from weight watchers to hiring a personal trainer… but in the month of October me and my bridesmaids did a shed-to-wed challenge… happy to say I am down 11lbs and 2 dress sizes! Hope this is the start to what I needed… just had to share my success!

Thank you everyone! I have just been so excited all day, since today was the day I could get back on the scale to see the results.
The shed to wed challenge was a 24 day challenge where it was broken up to 2 phases. The first part was a cleanse phase (oh trust me, not the cleanse you think about, I ate real food during it) then the 2nd part was kinda like a rebuilding phase. I enjoyed it cause it told you how to eat and what foods were good and what foods to stay away from. I hope to keep my eating the same throughout.
I will try and find the flyer I had regarding the challenge, but if anyone is interested, I can probably share the link.
Thanks again for the support. I can’t wait to have my dress altered.

Wanted to provide an update… after doing the shed to wed challenge and kept the focus on eating healthy, I am down 20lbs and at the weight I want to be at! Hoping I can keep this up until May!
