Ok, is it a human leg or not?? Because at 1st you said it was human and then you said it wasnt. Im confused. However, if it is human you should absolutely call the po-po!!
But if it is FAKE as you said, there is NO ONE TO CALL. Please do not burden the police with a story about a fake leg in the bushes.

Never mind, I can’t read properly!

You should definitely call the cops. Tell them it may be a mannequin, but it’s better to be safe than sorry!

This is the most random/most creepy post I’ve ever read!

@TheHotMrsG: I don’t think the OP is sure which it is. This is what the police get paid to do, investigate potentially suspicious situations. If this is a possible crime or accident I’m sure they would rather be burdened for a few hours for a false alarm than have it ignored.

1. I’m really wondering why, with such a title, I clicked on this thread.
2. on so many levels, I wish I hadn’t.
3. call the cops. NOW.

If you ever begin a sentence with, “I found a (insert body part here) in the woods” the answer is always call the police. OMG!!

It’s been an hour…have you called the police yet????

@TheHotMrsG: She should bother the polie with this because even if it is a fake leg in the bush it can cause an accident. An elderly person or someone with a heart condition could stumble across it and have a heart attack from the shock. A cyclist could spot it and come of their bike injuring themselves and potentionally others using the path.
It might even be a prosthetic that someone is missing. I am sure they would be grateful that OP called the police to check it out!

ETA: if you truly believe that it’s a human leg, yes, yes you should call the police before creating two threads on Weddingbee.

The police came and picked me up. We drove over to the intersection and they picked up the leg. They said it was “either a mannequin or an Iraq war vet was really hurting”. So no more body parts on the side of the side walk now.

@Eckle: Glad to hear it definitely wasn’t a real leg!
